His explanation leaves me with the feeling that he still doesn't see what the big deal is. People weren't looking for NOBLE, they were looking for HUMBLE. I'm sorry, I'm never a grammar or spelling Nazi but that one annoys me to no end. It's not 'would of' or 'should of' or 'could of', that's a phoentic spelling error for the phrases 'would have, could have, and should have', which are often shortened to 'would've, could've, and should've', even though I'm pretty sure the latter two aren't proper either.

It's all good except where he said it was some "nobile" [sic] act that he chose to do on his own, and not something that the internet forced him to do. Granted, he has probably been treated way too harshly over a silly little thing, but under no circumstances is this something he "chose to do on his own." He chose to do it because of the relentless shit storm of criticism he was receiving that (hopefully) made him realize "man, maybe what I did was wrong."

Own your mistake, do what you can to make it right, don't offer any half-assed justifications, and don't do it again. People will respect you more.
